“If you want to try authentic Cuban food, this is the place. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and charming décor. If you visit on weekdays, they offer daily specials. My family decided to order from the regular menu. To start, we had the beef empanadas, which were delicious, and the ham croquettes, which were very tasty. For our main dishes, we ordered ropa vieja served with moro rice and sweet plantains, roast pork with salad, a Cuban sandwich with French fries, and chicken breast with rice and beans. All the portions were generous, and everything was flavorful. For dessert, we enjoyed tres leches cake, café con leche, and a cortadito. We were amazed by the price. Six people (appetizers, drinks, entrées, dessert, and coffee) for only $120.32 plus gratuity. If you pay with cash, it’s even more affordable. Excellent service and the owner is nice. 100% recommended.”
